What NASA SEWP Is
The NASA SEWP program, Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, pronounced "soup", provides Information Technology, Communication and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services to all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors.
Created in 1993, SEWP I was the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract in the federal acquisition space. It originally supplied technology products to NASA and other agencies, and has expanded over more than thirty years to meet the requests of its customers. The program is self-funded through a 0.34% usage fee and supports more than 50,000 orders a year.
SEWP VI is a multi-award GWAC. Orders placed under it are subject to fair opportunity as set out in FAR 16.505(b), and agencies can meet that requirement using the SEWP online Quote Request Tool.
